[XeTeX] XeTeX bug with including jpg images

Just updated via tlmgr and get the same bad results with

This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3 (TeX Live 2013)

as reported with 0.9999.2.

And again, no problem with other jpg files.
