[XeTeX] XeTeX 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.2 ps bugs

I downloaded the 2013-03-28 version of xetex-w32.tar.xz from a
w32tex.orgmirror and installed the
new binaries on my system, including this one:
  "This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.2 (TeX Live 2012/W32TeX)"

I tested it on the same or essentially the same 300+ page book and it seems
to work very well. Many thanks to Akira for his hard work and technical
excellence.
