[XeTeX] Small caps not working consistently in TeX Live 2013

Howdy,

Your answer to another enquiry indicates that you are not using the latest version of xetex, Version 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.3 (TeX Live 2013). Update with tlmgr (or TLU). Shortly after release of TL2013 there was an update of xetex among other things.

PS: I'm not seeing problems with Small Caps, etc., with Minion Pro.
