[XeTeX] horizontal alignment

I'm not sure I understand the desired layout, but why not:

\newcommand{\sessoentry}[1]{\noindent\makebox[4cm][l]{\textbf{#1}}}

\newcommand{\classeentry}[1]{\textbf{#1}}
If the TITLE and WORD are meant to fit on a single line, then this should
be fine.
