[XeTeX] Multiple column colors

Because pdfTeX supports multiple color stacks.
Also LuaTeX should work with package `luacolor',
because LuaTeX supports attributes.

XeTeX and other (dvips, ...) offer neither
multiple color stacks nor attributs.
