Linux Libertine and Biolinum also contain them
(http://www.linuxlibertine.org/index.php?id=91&L=1; see page 51 of
http://linuxlibertine.sourceforge.net/latex/libertinedokuxelatex.pdf
for what they look like).

Libertine is the only font I have on my computer that includes italic
and bold italic styles for the symbols as well as upright and bold,
although it's certainly possible other fonts have them too.
