[XeTeX] \parshape in Knuth's The TeXBook (paragraph before exercise 14.18 on page 101) for RTL

In the paragraph before exercise 14.18 on page 101 of The TeXBook, there is
a nice example of \parshape. Here is the same one but changed for RTL.
