[XeTeX] zero width joined character

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to ask, please, if anybody knows how to enter the zero width joined character (ZWJ, unicode-point 200D) by a persian and/or arabic Mac keyboard-layout. After some searching in the internet, I was not able to find any answer (while you can learn that the ZWNJ, unicode-point 200C, is entered by shift+space).
