[XeTeX] Xelatex, kannada, sanskrit and ligatures

Most probably CDAC-GISTSuresh is not a OT font. CDAC's OT fonts naming is different like DVOT-xyz.

But what I observed is CDAC's fonts are not suitable for XeTeX. They work only with Microsoft Word. In other programs they are not working. I observed this with Telugu and Devanagari fonts, ie. TLOT and DVOT
