[XeTeX] Kerning flaw with MinionPro & XeTex

It was Adam, who reported this value. Both values are not easy to  
compare. I think the units of FontForge are usually 1/2048th of 1em,  
of the width of m. The base is a design criterion. TeX has more and  
smaller units, for example the sp. 65536 of them give 1 pt.

Feel free to experiment with the value! Increasing the (negative)  
value puts the right character closer to the left one. Make it smaller  
saves more of the font's original kerning. Making it positive will  
separate the two adjacent characters and increase their distance with  
rising value. To me it looked OK, but I never read books or text in  
Cyrillic.

Other fonts also exist.
