[XeTeX] OSX 10.6.8, TERM environmental variable not set, cannot use XeLaTeX

Howdy,

Could you update to TeXShop 2.43, the latest version for OS X 10.6. Then please move the ~/Library/TeXShop/Engines/ folder to the desktop and (re)start TeXShop.

You don't say what TeX distribution you are using.
