[XeTeX] Background color does not work

\specials are driver dependent. Current xetex use xdvipdfmx as
driver so you should look there for the syntax of \specials.

In xetex.def of the latex xcolor package you can find the \special
for background color:

\special{background rgb 1 0 0}
