[XeTeX] Setting greek letters in cmtt with XeTeX on OS X

  Which, as the name indicates, is focused on the Latin alphabet.
Hence, not a great choice for Greek letters.

  The TeX Gyre fonts do contain Greek characters (but not Cyrillic,
alas).  The name of the Courier equivalent is Cursor, by the way.
