[XeTeX] wrong kerning and slow processing with xelatex in texlive 2010

I already tried 4 possible variants; wrong kerning occured with TL
2010 xetex (and any xdvipdfm). Actually, in the example from previous
letter there was no kerning in boxed {ат} with older xetex, too.
