[XeTeX] Problem changing default fonts

I think the PUA (Private Use Area) has some small glyphs (for whatever  
use), even a lot accented ones. (Helvetica is a font without Small  
Caps. By definition/character/look/visual identity.)

If you can't find real ones, fake them!
