I've tested it on Mac OS X

This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.2 (TeX Live 2009)
  (format=xelatex 2010.5.3) 27 MAY 2010 11:09

and on Ubuntu 10.04, with both TeX Live 2009 and TeX Live 2010/pretest

This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.2 (TeX Live 2009)
  (format=xelatex 2010.5.6) 27 MAY 2010 11:22

This is XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.3 (TeX Live 2010/pretest)
  (format=xelatex 2010.5.26) 27 MAY 2010 11:18

I didn't find any problem.

Ciao
Enrico
