[XeTeX] Greek letterspacing with soul

So, here's a possible solution:


\newfontfamily\greekfont[LetterSpace=30]{Theano Didot}


Then, whenever you use polyglossia's \textgreek{} you'll load that 
\greekfont with the letter spacing to match.

 “Mind” is the English translation for \textgreek{νοῦς}.
