\usepackage{xunicode}

Or, alternatively, just use the proper unicode character in your input
(though, I myself, find TeX notation a bit handy).

> \setromanfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Junicode}

BTW, \setromanfont is deprecated, use \setmainfont instead.
