[XeTeX] Current version of Junicode--with underdotted r

Sorry for the delay. I am not releasing a new version of Junicode right 
now, but a build from the current CVS version, which now includes 
underdotted r, is here:

It also has whatever else is new since the last release. For example, 
I've been working on adding bold-face IPA characters, but this is not 
done yet.
