[XeTeX] XeTeX and ligatures for dashes

Maybe change

\setmainfont[Mapping=TeX-text]{CMU Serif}

to have a lowercase "tex-text"?

That's how I have it in my preambles and it works, although I don't use 
CMU Serif.
