[XeTeX] small caps with xltxtra

I compared your log file and mine and found that version
of xltxtra was different between us as follows (1st is mine).

Package: xltxtra 2009/09/02 v0.5 Improvements for the "XeLaTeX" format
Package: xltxtra 2009/12/26 v0.5b Improvements for the "XeLaTeX" format

So I downloaded xltxtra v0.5b.  It seems this fixed the problem.
