[XeTeX] Small caps

PS: Please see this Wikipedia article [1] (especially third paragraph)
and this file [2] for the difference between real and wrong small caps.
At [2] the font in the left and right sample is the same. The left
sample uses real small caps, the right sample wrong small caps that
Microsoft Word has generated by shrinking the uppercase letters which
causes the wrong small caps to be thinner than the other letters.

If you understand German there exists an article on the German Wikipedia
[3] that is far better than the one on the English Wikipedia.
Unfortunately I couldn’t find a good English or French explanation about
the difference between real and wrong small caps.
