Yes, sorry for that. I think that's what came with the script when I 
acquired it. I found somewhere online --- a professor in Italy, IIRC.

Of course, I forgot to mention that the (Xe)LaTeX preamble is covered in 
the Lilypond Learning Manual in the Templates section.
