[XeTeX] polyglossia and ledpar conflict

Thanks for the help.  The polyglossia manual recommends using the environment for long passages, and I wasn't sure what difference it made, whether mostly just "elegance", or a more technical issue.  The example you gave works for me, so it seems that the only issue is the {greek} environment commands, but Enrico's post helped there, so I can still use both options.
