[XeTeX] Typesetting XeLaTeX and LaTeX logo under MacTeX 2009

Hi Fr Michael,

I don't put that command (I don't even know what it does, or even that  
the command exist, :-D). I'll try to do some more
experiments later today and see if I get better luck this time around.
