Linotype FontExplorer X, Apple Fonttools suite, FontForge; access via  
glyph IDs.
^ has glyph IDs (dec): 65, 215, 890, 285
¨ has glyph IDs (dec): 142, 895, 284.

FontForge and some (Python) scripting.
