Locate the file in your file system(s) (could be /usr/local/texlive/ 
2009/texmf-dist/tex/generic/pstricks/config/xdvipdfmx.cfg) and open it  
in a text editor read-only. In the file's header you might find:

	%% Version 0.02 (2008/06/20)
