Then it might be Ghostscript, auto-rotating the picture that the text  
can be read horizontally as usual?

Another cause could be the size of the picture:

	\begin{pspicture}(\textwidth, 10)

15 cm times 10 what? cm, mm, points, inches? (Could be PS-Tricks have  
their default defined somewhere.)
