[XeTeX] PDF Media, Trim, and Bleed boxes in XeTeX

If you go further and have answers from these authors, please let us
know. I guess this point will be of great interest in the short time,
since more and more printers require PDF/X files and, on our side, we
need more flexibility to provide them.
