[XeTeX] fancyhdr and plyglossia

Thanks a lot for the answer, I have updated bidi to version 1.0.4 and  
it is indeed not necessary to enclose the words of the header in the  
\LR{} command. But it seems that there may have apeared another  
problem: On even pages with Arabic text the marginal notes - inserted  
in the \marginpar{} command - are not displayed any more.
