[XeTeX] Page is "stuck" in A4 type

Whatever the problem was, I fixed it by using the following command :

texconfig

Then in the menu set the paper size to letter (US). I think some failed
installation of TeXLive 2009 or some hacking around with newer files
triggered this problem. A user reported to me (Michael) that on his setup,
the example includes was correctly produce in letter paper instead of a4,
proving that it was probably a configuration issue on my side.
