Because in test-arabxetex.tex we have loaded arabxetex and arabxetex itself
uses the scale of 2 for \arabicfont (This is because we have not defined
\arabicfont so arabxetex check at the beginning of the document if
\arabicfont is defined or not. If it is defined, it does nothing, otherwise,
it loads "Scheherazade" font with the scale of 2).
