[XeTeX] additional subsubparagraph in an Arabic text with polyglossia and tocloft

Dear Vafa Khalighi,

Thank you very much for your message. Unfortunately I do not know how to update it from bitbucket with your new version (Tex Live Utility seem not to be helpful), that is how to replace the old version of bidi with the new one that can be downloaded from bitbucket. The operation system I use is Mac OS X version 10.6.4.
