[XeTeX] new version of bidi package

[Vafa Khalighi]

New version (v1.0.5) is available on  CTAN. In this version I fixed almost
all the bugs and  separated xetex support so that I can later on add support
for other TeX engines as well.

The place of bidi package on CTAN has changed to
http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/bidi/

Also the repository is moved to http://bitbucket.org/vafa/bidi/

I will make a new release in a month since I now can use
\predisplaydirection primitive of etex and fix the bug of extra space
between equation numbers in RTL mode and also fix the two bugs mentioned at
http://bitbucket.org/vafa/bidi/issues/?status=new&status=open
