[XeTeX] \textsuperscript and polyglossia

NB: The option attic does not exist in polyglossia. If you have modified
the source of gloss-greek.ldf, I'd be happy to incorporate your patch¹ :)

¹ Note that if you wish, you can use
    git clone http://github.com/fc7/polyglossia.git
to clone the git repository, and, after incorporating your changes, run
    git format-patch
to generate a patch that you can then send to me via email.
