[XeTeX] Equation numbering problem in appendixes

Hello
I have a problem with equation numbering in appendixes.

The numbering of equations is (A  .1) see attached file.

In preamble I use the xgreek package &
\setmainfont[Mapping=tex-text,Scale=1]{Times New Roman}

Is it possible to do something with this? 

PS. I have formatted all the document about 250 pages with Times New Roman and 
I am quite happy with the results.
The only problem is in appendixes.
