[XeTeX] New Experimental of v1.0.4 of the bidi package

Gareth, I think old versions of XeTeX got isuues with \includegraphics
command of graphicx package (meaning it does not place the graphics
corectly) but that is  a driver isuue. Try getting latest "xetex.def" and
see if it is working.


SJO, Yes. I will be making TDS the friday of each week with new features
implemented and hopefully bugs being fixed.
