[XeTeX] Snow Leopard, Hoefler Text and xelatex(xdvipdfmx?).

Howdy,

I've had a couple of reports of problems with Hoefler Text (basically  
italic and bold) and Snow Leopard. You can see the thread at <http://www.apfelwiki.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1949 
 >. Bruno Voisin says that it works fine using xdv2pdf instead of  
xdvipdfmx for the back end.
