[XeTeX] babel or polyglossia?

I do not need babel for greek and hebrew, as I do not need more than  
the bare words in those languages, i.e. I am not writing for a hebrew  
speaking audience. So I do not need any babel settings for those, I  
just need bidi for Hebrew, and as xelatex is unicode, I just write...
