[XeTeX] page size of pdf file

There was I problem with my previous testing.
I get the discrepancy too now.
The scale factor is: ~ 0.99626
which is the conversion between scaled-points and big-points.
I'm trying to see how to force this extra scaling to occur,
using the macros provided in LaTeX's graphics.sty .
