[XeTeX] How to enable hyperlinks with hyperref

Howdy,

I believe that hyperref (and graphic(s/x) and geometry?) can't tell what post-processing you will use on a dvi file? The default that is assumed is dvips+distiller. At one time not even that was assumed.

Am I wrong about this?
