[XeTeX] Segmentation fault in xdvipdfmx

I've never seen it happen on a short file.  On the long file, my 
impression is that it happens if I only run xelatex once, but not if I 
run it twice.  Which is why I thought I was fixing it by removing this 
or that latex command.  So about 50% of the time on the long doc. 
However, I haven't really tested this, so I can't be sure, nor have I 
tried it with a constant .xdv file.

Not sure, haven't tried that yet.

Unfortunately, I'm leaving in twenty minutes for the airport; not sure 
if I'll get to it for the next two weeks.
