[XeTeX] Newbie Question

A couple of comments:

(a) This is an old version and does not have AAT or OpenType features;

(b) The font says "© 1992-1997 Apple Computer" and I don't see any  
indication of a license granting permission to use, copy, distribute,  
etc., so I wonder whether this is actually legal and free. Given that  
important pages such as "About Us" and "Contact" don't seem to work, I  
have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the site.
