[XeTeX] How to enable hyphenation with hyperref?

=true is optional, I have tried it to set it specifically to true, but
same result.

I used the url package, but that is more concerned with displaying the
text/link is a certain type than putting a real link on it and doing
hyphenation. (Unless someone has a working example for me.)
