[XeTeX] Some Opens with Sanskrit with XeLatex (Captions, Numbering, Hyperref etc)

It’s not supported yet. Some code must be added to gloss- 
sanskrit.ldf, on the lines of what François did in gloss-thai.ldf for  
instance. And some code must be added for \today to print the current  
date.

If François is around, he will tell us if he has time to do this.
