[XeTeX] cannot get Hoefler text to work with XeTeX

Struggled with this quite a bit but in the end this helped me
suppress the contextuals:
\setmainfont[Mapping=tex-text,HyphenChar=-,ItalicFont={Hoefler Text
Italic},ItalicFeatures={Contextuals=
{NoWordInitial,NoWordFinal,NoLineInitial,NoLineFinal,NoInner}},Fractions
=On]{Hoefler Text}
