Yes, definitely. "en<acute><macron>" would mean something quite
different; it should have both the acute and macron stacked* above the
"n" component.

*Of course, for stacked diacritics to work, you'll want to add Mark-to-
Mark Positioning (feature 'mkmk') as well.
