[XeTeX] Colored Arabic in Tables

OK; got it now, thanks.

Testing the OP's examples, I find no difference whatsoever
with regard to color, or whether or not the letters are
typeset within a tabular environment.

The 'ha' always has one kind of accent, the 'h' another.

I don't pretend to understand what these characters mean
nor how they should look; just that there is complete
consistency in the output that I get.
