[XeTeX] Syriac "stretching"

Thanks to Vafa's initial question (supplied by Massoud Babaie-Zadeh)
about Farsi "Keshideh" and Jonathan's code to supply such a feature,
I've been able to "re-map" the keys to support Syriac as well (at least
until someone corrects it) for the Melthofonts from George Kiraz. At
least I know it works with "Serto Jerusalem".
