[XeTeX] Fontspec and folio

Your example uses memoir class, which has a macro
     \cftchapterpagefont
for the page numbers in the Table of Contents,

It has a default expansion
     \cftchapterpagefont ->\bfseries


Just change this to become a font-switch that has all
the properties that you want.
